Luv Kush Leela ALL PARTS

Luv Kush Leela ALL PARTS

Love and Kush became just rulers like their father. Luv was crowned and ruled from Kushavati (now Kushinagar) and Luv ruled part of his kingdom from Shravasti. The sons of Lakshmana, Bharat and Shatrugan also got part of the kingdom. Ayodhya was abandoned after Lord Rama.

Luv was crowned and ruled from Kushavati (now Kushinagar) and Luv ruled part of his kingdom from Shravasti. The sons of Lakshmana, Bharat and Shatrugan also got part of the kingdom. Ayodhya was abandoned after Lord Rama. One remembers that many people from Ayodhya went to Saryu river with Ram.

Lava belongs to the Ikshu clan or Suryavansh dynasty of the Kshatriyas of ancient India. ... Lava and Kusha became rulers after their father Rama and founded the cities of Lavapuri (present day "Lahore") and Kasur respectively. King Raghav Ram of Kosala installed his son Lava at Shravasti and Kushavati.

In response to some of the posts about "What happened to Luv and Kush after the departure of Ram and Sita" I got very wrong details. Posted to tell this true story. Hope everybody appreciates it.

When King Vikramaditya found Ayodhya, it was nothing but a combination of jungles and ruins of ancient temples and buildings. He did a lot of research in finding sites in Ayodhya connected with Rama's life. However after Rama, Ayodhya was frequently visited by Rama's sons for pilgrimage. Thus Kush, who visited Ayodhya, may have married a Naga princess and built a Shiva temple for her. It is said that the Nageshwarnath temple, which built Kush - with the help of which King Vikramaditya is said to be presently located in Ayodhya, bears witness to this story. Also, in Tulsi Ramcharitamanas Love and Kush do not mention fighting with their uncles. In fact, Tulsidas completed the story with the coronation of Rama. He mentioned that he did not want to write about Sita's deportation. Valmiki has written about the departure of Luv and Kush and Ram-Sita. Valmiki, like his nature, wrote nothing but truth.

There is no written story where Cush is killed by a demon. How is this possible? The one who had fortified against Lakshmana, Bharath and Shatrugan could not come near a single demon. After Lord Rama went to Vaikuntha, Hanuman was able to maintain relations with Luv and Kush. He saved them from some demons who wanted to take advantage of the situation not around Ram. Those demons were all killed by Hanuman.

In terms of fighting the Kush monster, there is a story I have heard but not written down. Luv and Kush were attacked by a demon, who blessed them with their trident by Lord Shiva. It is a war fought with the army. Raksha threw his trident at Louv and seriously injured him. Hanuman ran to fetch Sanjeevani. When he throws Shiva's trident on Luv and Kush, Hanuman grabs the trident and intervenes. In the end, the demon surrenders by accepting the supremacy of Love and Kush because they are symbols of religion. The story was shown in the program - Jai Veer Hanuman which was aired in 1995-96 (I think - I was very young then). Anyone can buy DVD copies of Jai Veer Hanuman if they want to see the story.

Luv kush is a follow-up series of Ramayan and is based on the Uttara Kanda, which is the last chapter of Ramayana. It depicts the lives of Luv and Kush, the twin sons of Ram and Sita.

Birth and childhood of Luv and Kush

Luv (Lava) and Kush were born in this ashram of rishi Valmiki. They were educated and trained by rishi Valmiki. One variation of the legend interpreted the origin of Lava’s twin brother Kush.

Once, Sita was going for a bath to the nearby river (tamsa), and while she was going for bath she requested muni Valmiki to take care of her son Lava, and muni nodded his head as he was busy writing. After going some steps she observed that muni was continuously immersed in writing, so she took Lava with herself.

After some time when Muni looked for the child who was supposed to be with him, he could not find Luv. Muni was not aware of the fact that Sita herself had taken Luv with her. Muni was concerned what he would say when Sita wil return and ask for her kid.

So he made a child from nearby Kush (a grass utilized for producing mats and roofs of kutiya’s in ancient India) and gave life to it. When Sita returned, Muni was surprised to see that Luv was with her, so he asked Sita to take care of both children as her own children. Since Valmiki muni used Kush to make the child, the child was given the name Kush.
